- Lectures for pregnant women with Patricia Bochsbichler every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 to 12:00. Contents: Pregnancy: nutrition, exercise, preparation for birth, the pelvic floor and its importance for pregnancy, birth and postpartum, beginning of birth, birth process, labor pain, postpartum period, bonding and breastfeeding, postpartum and baby care. Mrs. Bochsbichler is a dimplomierte midwife and is gladly to you with advice and act to the side.
- "Babymoon Yoga" with Sandra Glaser - always Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 15:00 to 16:00. Content: Yoga has a calming effect on mother and child during pregnancy and afterwards. With gentle asanas/movements, relaxed breathing exercises and meditations, the sense/feeling for body and mind is improved and connects in a wonderful way with the unborn child. In this way, one prepares oneself very lovingly for the baby. Ms. Glaser is a trained yoga teacher and is always happy to work with pregnant women.
