Our slow train ‘Jonny’ takes you daily from the Kinderhotel Stegerhof to the Riesneralm ski area and back again - in just 1 minute!

1st Austrian children's ski swing on the Riesneralm
The Riesneralm has the 1st Austrian children's ski area with a piste surface area of 5 hectares and is comparable in size to 7 football stadiums. On 5 different slopes and 5 different lifts, the little ones, as well as adult beginners, can make their first turns in the snow undisturbed.
With the new KISI-JET, a 168m-long conveyor belt and the new ski school centre in the middle of the children's ski area, young and old piste fleas can enjoy maximum comfort and all-round professional supervision. Two entrances to the children's ski area ensure a smooth start to skiing fun. In addition, there is a publicly accessible, spacious lounge at the Tellerblitz. WC facilities, snack machines and a rest area for mothers with small children (including nappy-changing facilities) round off the overall offer.
