We practice yoga not only on the mat, but dive together
into the hidden power of the forest. "Forest Bathing" (Shinrin Yoku)
- is now known for its deeply healing effects on body, mind and soul. At our
"Namaste in the Forest", you have the opportunity, through mindful
exercises, breathing techniques and movement, combined with the enchanting
ambience of our forest, to activate your inner healing powers and bring harmony
into your soul temple.
