* KINESIOLOGIE: 2 x per week one hours with qualified trainers
* 1 time per day exercise programme such as gymnastics,
5 Tibetans, relaxation exercises, Nordic walking etc. (Mon – Fri)
* 1 time per week consulting session (for those interested) with
our health and fitness specialists - Grander water (naturally revitalised water) throughout the hotel, from the drinking fountains to the water used in the spa
